From our level 1 pelvic floor program to our level 5 program, we encourage lifting weights with intention and intensity. We have pink dumbbell racks at StrongSelves, because we lift like goddesses.
5. Cycle Your Workouts With Your Hormones
We teach our women to listen to their bodies. Whether you're in your follicular fire or your luteal slow-down, we help you adjust, not shame yourself for being human. We also work with local wellness spas and doctors to help you get in front of other women who are willing to listen and help you figure out what’s going on with you internally.
6. Rethink Stress and Recovery
Our coaching goes beyond workouts—we prioritize mental health, sleep hygiene, and stress management as part of the journey to full-body wellness. Including offering our community of women alternative approaches to stress management with our zen Sunday series classes.
